Maintenance of electronic weft selector on Rapier Loom：
(1) Remove the entire weft selector from the machine table, and clean the peripheral gears, cams and other parts. (2) Remove the magnet block and the solenoid coil in turn, and mark the arrangement so that it can be easily installed and reset after maintenance.
(3) Use high-pressure air to blow clean the magnetic powder and impurities on the magnet block and the solenoid coil.
(4) Carefully check whether the solenoid coil is scratched by magnetic powder. If so, apply insulating paint evenly to the damaged area, and then use an electric meter to measure whether the coil is short-circuited.
(5) Coat the magnet block and magnet probe evenly with insulating varnish. Note that all painted areas should not exceed the paint range as much as possible to facilitate installation and reset.
(6) Put the painted magnet blocks and electromagnetic coils in an oven for drying, the temperature is controlled below 60℃, and the time is above 12h.
(7) Install and restore the magnet block and electromagnetic coil in sequence as they are, and check the flexibility while installing, and ensure that the electromagnetic coil can move freely through pad, grinding, and other methods.
(8) Install the weft selector on the loom, and set the process data according to the requirements of the "Installation Manual".
(9) Ensure that the maintenance period does not exceed three months, and in the next period of maintenance, gently rub off the original insulating paint stuck on the magnet block with water and sandpaper.
